Downstairs there is a canal side deck with a hot tub, and the top floor is a roof terrace with fire pit where you can sit and watch the stars appear around nearby mt. Jacob.
The reclaimed staircase leads to the bedrooms, five large suites and one quad bunk room, ensuite. The beautiful bunk is made from reclaimed dock boards. Due to local HOA restrictions occupancy is limited to 6 adults and 8 under 5’s. This means it’s a great space for a group where everyone wants their own bedroom. It is priced to reflect its small occupancy cap.
