Remodeled for 2023, this chalet has some real Alpine style. Situated between Hevenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe, and within touch of Kirkwood, this is the location for those who want quality accommodation and varied ski terrain.
Throughout the chalet the designer has cleverly used high end materials to create a sophisticated alpine feel. The floors are acacia and the surfaces granite. Care is taken to detail; the chandeliers are etched metal and the furniture being constructed from log gives a genuine chalet ambience.
The three guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, all with king or queen beds. There is an “extra” room with a quality pull out sofa-bed if you need more space. The master suite has a wonderful spa bath set in designer tiles.
Facing the foot of Echo Peak, and Tahoe’s dramatic sunsets, the redwood deck is a delightful place to spend your evenings, sipping cocktails prepared by your host and telling tales of your exploits on the mountain. The deck backs into uninterrupted forest land giving this chalet a remote feel from the back of the house, while still easily connected to all of Tahoe’s amenities.
